Your Jungle Elite Pass or Panther Pass starts with a 3-month commitment. Once those first three months are complete, you can cancel your membership by giving us 30 days' written notice. Your membership stays active during that 30-day period, and you keep your member benefits until the final day.
It means we need to receive your cancellation request in writing at least 30 days before your next billing date. You can email us or submit a written request at the front desk. We will confirm your cancellation and the date your membership will end so there are no surprises.
